Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Adveda Agency, we strive to deliver exceptional digital marketing services tailored to your business needs. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to handle refunds and cancellations fairly and transparently. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for our services, including but not limited to SEO optimization, PPC campaigns, social media management, content creation, email marketing, and web development.

Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services. By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to these terms.

1. General Terms

  • Service Nature: Our services are customized and often involve creative, strategic, and time-intensive work. Once work has commenced, partial or full refunds may not be available due to the resources invested.
  • Payment Confirmation: All payments are considered final upon receipt unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
  • Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following guidelines:

  • Unused Services: If you have paid for a service package or subscription and no work has begun (e.g., no strategy sessions, campaigns launched, or content created), you may be eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment. After this period, or once work starts, refunds are not guaranteed.
  • Partially Delivered Services: For ongoing services like monthly retainers, refunds may be issued for any unused portion of the prepaid period, minus a 20% administrative fee to cover setup and initial planning costs. For example:
    • If you cancel mid-month on a monthly plan, you may receive a prorated refund for the remaining days, less the fee.
  • Completed Services: No refunds will be provided for services that have been fully delivered, such as completed ad campaigns, reports, or consultations, even if results do not meet expectations. Digital marketing outcomes depend on various factors, including market conditions and client-provided information, and we do not guarantee specific results.
  • Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss revisions or alternatives. Refunds for dissatisfaction are rare and only considered if we fail to meet the agreed-upon scope of work outlined in your contract.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Deposits, setup fees, third-party ad spend (e.g., Google Ads or Facebook Ads budgets), and any pass-through costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method. Any transaction fees incurred during the original payment will not be refunded.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Subscription or Retainer Services: Monthly or ongoing services can be canceled with at least 30 days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellations received after this notice period will be effective at the end of the following billing cycle.
  • Project-Based Services: For one-time projects, cancellations must be submitted in writing. If canceled before work begins, a full refund (minus any deposit) may be issued. If work has started:
    • Cancellation within the first 25% of the project timeline: 75% refund of the total fee.
    • Cancellation between 25-50% completion: 50% refund.
    • Cancellation after 50% completion: No refund, but we will provide deliverables up to the point of cancellation.
  • Automatic Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal.
  • Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we may pause or cancel services without refund liability, but we will work with you to reschedule or adjust.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  • Submit your request in writing via email to support@advedaagency.com, including your order number, service details, and reason for the request.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  • For cancellations, please specify your desired effective date.

5. Disputes

If you disagree with our decision on a refund or cancellation, you may escalate the matter to our management team. We encourage open communication to resolve issues amicably. This policy is governed by the laws of State of Karnataka, INDIA and any disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
